Green Lane Meadows, Residential Community

Good Hope Ventures (GHV) and Dawood Engineering are developing the Green Lane Meadows residential community in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania—one of the few single-family developments in Fairview Township. This community will bring 205 residential lots to the West Shore School District and provide access to Yellow Breeches Creek and Interstate 83 (I-83).

As project lead, GHV purchased raw land to design and develop the roadway and residential lot concept plans, and coordinated with Fairview Township representatives for development plan approval. Our team works with third-party contractors to extend utilities, build roadways, and prepare lots for housing construction. Dawood Engineering provides surveying, civil engineering, stormwater management, and environmental services.
