Good Hope Ventures (GHV), Dawood Engineering, and project stakeholders completed the development for Crumay Parnes Associates’ newest medical space in Good Hope Office Park, Hampden Township. As Central Pennsylvania’s oldest dermatology practice, the 8,000-square-foot property suits Crumay’s growing business.
GHV led the project and coordinated with tenants, architects, construction crews, and Hampden Township representatives to maintain scheduling and ensure project completion. Dawood Engineering provided land development, civil engineering, and survey services.
In addition, KD3 Design Studio delivered architectural design and JEM Group handled vertical construction including framing and connecting utilities to the building.
