Ridge Hill Landing, Residential Community

Good Hope Ventures (GHV) and Dawood Engineering are developing the Ridge Hill Landing residential community in Silver Spring Township, Pennsylvania. Opening this summer, the Cumberland County community will bring 42 single-family units to the Cumberland Valley School District and provide Carlisle Pike access. 

As project lead, GHV purchased raw land to develop the roadway plans and coordinated with Silver Spring Township representatives for development plan approval. Our team works with third-party contractors to extend utilities, build roadways, and prepare lots for housing construction. Dawood Engineering provides surveying, civil engineering, stormwater management, and environmental services.
