1926 Good Hope Office Park

Construction is underway at the Good Hope Office Park 1926 property, a 65,000-square-foot Class-A medical and office space building in Enola, Pennsylvania. This space will feature four floors of prime commercial real estate within Hampden Township. To kick-off the 1926 project, Good Hope Ventures (GHV) re-purposed an existing surplus of raw land, which increased real estate value for the owner.

GHV worked with Hampden Township representatives to achieve development plan approval, select tenants, and help occupants coordinate with third-party contractors and utility companies on their fit-out needs. Interior development included exam and waiting rooms in addition to reception areas. Dawood Engineering services involved land surveying and development, civil engineering, and stormwater management.

JEM Group handled steel frame construction, contracting, and development of three masonry towers designed to resist lateral forces such as wind load. Reinforced with steel support on all floors, the towers incorporate bar joists and metal decks for enhanced structural resilience, providing the backbone to house the elevator shafts and stairwells.
