As part of a $180 million investment, we provided civil design and managed redevelopment of campus student housing across the University. Our team constructed three new residence halls and replaced over 1,900 beds. The student housing replacement project also included outdoor learning spaces, emergency vehicle access, and pedestrian walkways, connecting to the Gordinier Dining Hall expansion.
