This project included design for a 125-bed personal care home providing complete site development planning in Hampden Township, Pennsylvania. Dawood designed extensive landscape for two resident courtyards, site screening, and a stormwater management area. For site landscape criteria, we selected durable, non-toxic plants that withstand regional climate and environmental constraints. Our team sourced specialized out-of-state plants to create a long-term aesthetic impact.
