Gordinier Hall Renovation and Expansion

Dawood supported land development services for the renovation and expansion of an existing dining facility at Millersville University. The project featured a 22,000-square-foot addition, expanding capacity and service quality of the campus dining hall.

We advanced site design, modifications of traffic calming and pedestrian paths, and pavement design for emergency vehicle access. Dawood coordinated land development plan approval, handled stormwater management design, and obtained National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting. We prepared detailed construction documents and provided construction inspection and management.
