(Czestochowa, Poland) Dawood, a digital transformation, engineering, planning, and surveying company with international operations, has created Twin Track—a custom mobile application to improve facility management.
Adam Grewenda, Dawood’s market lead in Czestochowa, Poland
Twin Track by Dawood connects with a digital representation of a building’s systems through smart QR codes illustrating asset information. Through the app—integrated with Autodesk Tandem—users access technical documents, schedule and conduct inspections, and manage work orders on-site via a web portal.
The latest technology initiative for Dawood, Twin Track joins the company’s suite of building information modeling (BIM), surveying, dimensional scanning, and geographic information systems (GIS) solutions supporting asset management for the built environment.
“Using Twin Track, our clients realize a 90% time savings by digitalizing the inspection process and adding instant reporting to their digital twin,” said Ricardo Duarte, Dawood’s marketing director in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. “By delivering a holistic view of work done on-site, Twin Track differentiates Dawood globally in the AEC and manufacturing communities.”
Grewenda and Duarte presented Twin Track during an Autodesk University session titled “One-Stop Shop in the Cloud: Integrate Our Mobile App with Autodesk Tandem to Monitor and Manage Your Assets and Make Data-Driven Decisions” on October 17th in San Diego, California.
