Dawood delivers turnkey project solutions for a world-renowned hospital ranked in the U.S. top 15 for providing citizens with integrated health delivery system services. We provided topographical surveys and managed the land development plan, storm drainage, sanitary water service, geotechnical review, micro-pile design, construction bid-phase services with documentation, highway occupancy permits, and road construction for a five-story, 130-bed facility in southcentral Pennsylvania. This facility includes acute and emergency medical care with a footprint accommodating future construction as community needs dictate.
For testing boring investigations at facilities in the same vicinity, Dawood determined soil and rock strength conditions onsite and coordinated drilling equipment mobilization and inspection, obtained lab test samples, analyzed subsurface conditions and provided foundation design.
