Susquehanna Water Pollution Control Facility

Dawood provided surveying, geotechnical, site design, and permitting services as part of nutrient upgrade for the 30-acre Susquehanna Water Pollution Control Facility (SWPCF). Owned and operated by Pennsylvania’s Lancaster Sewer Area Authority, the SWPCF is responsible for treating 15 million gallons of wastewater per day. Our team‘s topographic survey of the proposed site work and terrestrial scanning of the existing facility, from labeled point cloud data to asset inventories and management, helps connect the entire complex and control points for hydraulic model development.
