Dawood prepared land development plans for the Green Lane Meadows residential community in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. For this project, our team completed full development design for single-family lots, including roadways, utilities, grading, and stormwater management. Additional services included construction coordination, stakeout, and as-built survey.
This residential development will bring 205 lots to the West Shore School District and provide access to Yellow Breeches Creek and Interstate 83 (I-83).
