A 65,000-square-foot Class-A medical and office facility, 1926 Good Hope features four floors of prime commercial real estate within Hampden Township. To set the stage for 1926 development, Good Hope Ventures (GHV) and Dawood Engineering re-purposed an existing surplus of raw land, which increased real estate value for the owner.
In addition to finance coordination, GHV worked with Hampden Township representatives to achieve development plan approval, select tenants, and help occupants partner with third-party contractors and utility companies on their fit-out needs. Dawood services involved land surveying and development, civil engineering, and stormwater management. Interior development included exam and waiting rooms in addition to reception areas.
Dawood’s U.S. operations are now headquartered on the fourth floor of 1926 Good Hope, with auxiliary space for surveying and field crews at nearby 1920 Good Hope.
