A 65,000-square-foot Class-A medical and office facility, 1926 Good Hope features four floors of prime commercial real estate within Hampden Township. To set the stage for 1926 development, Dawood re-purposed an existing surplus of raw land, which increased real estate value for the owner.
Our team worked with Hampden Township representatives to achieve development plan approval and help occupants partner with third-party contractors and utility companies on their fit-out needs. Dawood services involved land surveying and development, civil engineering, and stormwater management. Interior development included exam and waiting rooms in addition to reception areas.
Dawood’s U.S. operations are now headquartered on the fourth floor of 1926 Good Hope, with auxiliary space for surveying and field crews at nearby 1920 Good Hope.
