1826 Good Hope Office Park

A 30,000-square-foot commercial facility, 1826 Good Hope features three floors of prime real estate in Hampden Township. Good Hope Ventures (GHV) and Dawood Engineering oversaw construction management, land development, and consulting services, including tenant placement and lease negotiation.

GHV worked with Hampden Township representatives to achieve development plan approval, select tenants, and help occupants partner with third-party contractors and utility companies on their fit-out needs. We managed the development cycle, from the groundbreaking ceremony to interior finishing, including common areas, reception desks, and an employee gym and showers. Dawood provided surveying, site development, civil engineering, stormwater management, and partnered with Houston-based Akari Energy to install 309 Kilowatt (kW) bifacial solar array panels—providing efficient and clean energy. The survey team scanned the roof to prepare a solar panel layout design.

As the former Susquehanna and Centric Bank headquarters, 1826 Good Hope is set to transform into a future medical space. This shift aligns with Central Pennsylvania’s increasing focus for medical buildings. We keep pace with market trends and adapt to community needs, highlighted in the Good Hope Office Park medical development transformation.
