Lori Ware, PE, PTOE, Promoted to Manager of Traffic Services

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Lori Ware, PE, PTOE to Manager of Traffic Services for the Highway and Traffic Services group.

Lori has continually demonstrated tremendous client service skills focused on responsiveness, schedule adherence, budget awareness and quality.  She has earned the trust and respect of her coworkers and industry peers alike.  In addition to carrying out her Dawood project management and design responsibilities, she is active in professional societies such as the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Philadelphia and the Mid-Atlantic Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (MASITE) where she has served on the Organizing Committee of their Annual Meeting for the past several years including serving as a session moderator at this Spring’s Annual Meeting.  Following this most recent session, Lori received the following accolade from the Director of the Asset Management Office of the Maryland State Highway Administration, “Congratulations Lori.  All your hard work appears to have paid off.  It’s one of the most efficient workshops I have joined in a while. Think about the content we covered in 90 mins.  6 presentations, 4 breakout topics and final report.”

 In this new role, Lori will take on additional business development and client management responsibilities in Southeast PA while still focusing on project management and staff development duties.  Lori has 15 years of transportation consulting experience including the last 11 years with Dawood.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from Rutgers University and her Master of Science in Civil Engineering degree with a transportation focus from Villanova University.
