We promote awareness and education about the importance of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace—from our clients’ and suppliers’ point of view and through Dawood’s own diversity committee.
Internally, we have a cross-functional group of employees empowered with designing events that foster a culture of inclusivity, equal access, understanding, and belonging among our team members—just one element of our formalized culture program.
In addition to extending our fundamental culture habits into communities where we work, live, and play, our diversity committee awards an annual $2,000 college scholarship to qualified student applicants.
