ArchiTube Featured In Europe, Expands in Middle East

ArchiTube extends green energy/sustainable business model in Middle East. Now located in the United Arab Emirates and Poland, ArchiTube – Dawood’s wholly owned digital transformation company – makes it easy for clients to constantly move forward with the latest surveying technology. Adam Grewenda, a 2023 Geospatial World Rising Star Award winner who continually evolves Dawood’s geospatial technologies portfolio, has ArchiTube well-positioned for the future while learning from a lifetime of experience.

Talk About Your Surveying Journey.

Adam: I’ve always believed surveying is my destiny. Growing up, I performed small jobs for my uncle, who owned a land surveying company in Poland since I was 10 years old. After I turned 18, I moved to Ireland and worked for land surveying companies there and in London, where I saw laser scanning for the first time—something almost no one did in Poland at the time. From there, I decided to open my own surveying company—ArchiTube.

How Does ArchiTube Differentiate?

Adam: For more than 10 years, ArchiTube has excelled in 3D modeling and land surveying with laser scanning of industrial facilities, retail sites, offices, historical monuments, and a wide variety of infrastructure for the architect-engineering-construction community. Our building information modeling (BIM) solutions are enhanced by Esri ArcGIS software integration, configurator tools, and web-based point cloud sharing products. With the engineering and financial backing of Dawood, we’ve grown in the movie and entertainment and oil & gas market.

What Is Your Middle East Focus?

Adam: We opened an office in Abu Dhabi in partnership with SERGAS Group to deliver digital transformation solutions to the on-shore/off-shore oil & gas market and expand operations. Leading with geographic information systems and BIM technologies, combined with our green energy initiatives, extends our sustainable business model throughout the region. Sergas, similar in longevity to Dawood, has been a well-known brand in the Middle East gas sector for 30 years delivering turnkey transport, distribution, operations & maintenance, installation, and metering solutions.
