(Częstochowa, Poland) – Adam Grewenda is now Vice President of International Operations with Dawood, a global engineering and technology firm. Grewenda’s new position elevates his role as Dawood technology market lead and visibility for Twin Track—a first-of-its kind mobile app extending facility digital twins.
Bony Dawood, PE, President/Founder
A Geospatial World Top 50 Rising Star, Grewenda empowers clients to operationalize data and actively manage assets, facilities, and infrastructure. His technology initiatives achieve sustainable, end-to-end solutions—from 3D laser scanning and building information modeling (BIM) to digital twins and mobile apps.
For the 180-acre Royal Łazienki Museum heritage site in Warsaw, Poland, Grewenda’s team developed a Twin Track tree management solution. In addition, the group scanned and created a 3D model of The Palace On The Isle and its water surroundings on site.
After implementing a scan-to-BIM process for the 200,000 square-meter Arena Plaza—one of Europe’s largest shopping centers—Grewenda created a digital twin of the Budapest, Hungary, facility featured in his 2024 Autodesk University Twin Track presentation with Dawood Marketing Director Ricardo Duarte in San Diego, California.
Jim Rodgers, Chief Strategy Officer
Grewenda also represents Dawood on the global stage through Poland’s Upper Silesian Fund, and their program designed to grow Polish businesses internationally which generated $15 million from 2019 to 2023. A key speaker during the 2024 European Economic Congress in Katowice, Poland, he discussed economic cooperation between Poland & the United Arab Emirates.
Over the past two years, Grewenda has evolved Dawood’s technology model with Upper Silesian Fund to focus on Twin Track development and opened Dawood’s Abu Dhabi office. In 2025, he was designated Digital Twin Expert for Poland’s Alliance Business Connect, a civic organization focused on entrepreneurial partnerships.
Active in the community and recognized for Ukranian refugee relief efforts in Poland, Grewenda manages the Czestochowa WLKS Kmicic fencing, triathlon, and taekwondo club. He travels with fellow Upper Silesian colleagues to represent Dawood at the Osaka, Japan, Expo 2025 in May.
