Dawood prepared Erosion and Sediment control plans and a High Occupancy Permit application and associated plans for approximately 2,440 feet of replacement waterline within the Carlisle Pike in Silver Spring Township. Work included field topographic survey and existing utility location, coordination with the Cumberland County Conservation District and Silver Spring Township, and coordination with PennDOT on the phasing of construction.
